Sanctions Compliance Notice

The American Association of Continuing Medical Education® complies with all applicable economic sanctions, export control laws, and regulations administered by the United States Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other applicable authorities.
We do not provide products, services, or access to individuals, entities, organizations, or jurisdictions subject to applicable sanctions or trade restrictions. This includes, but is not limited to, sanctioned or comprehensively embargoed jurisdictions and restricted regions.
Our company maintains internal compliance controls and reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, block transactions, or restrict access where required to ensure compliance with applicable sanctions and anti-money laundering regulations.
Restricted Jurisdictions
The American Association of Continuing Medical Education®  does not conduct business with, provide services to, or facilitate transactions involving individuals, entities, or organizations located in or ordinarily resident in jurisdictions subject to applicable sanctions or trade restrictions, including but not limited to: Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo Republic, Crimea, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Donetsk People’s Republic, Eritrea, Iraq, Iran, Libya, Luhansk People’s Republic, Myanmar, North Korea, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Russia, Venezuela, Yemen, and the regions of Crimea, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Luhansk, and Donetsk in Ukraine.
We also prohibit dealings with any person or entity appearing on applicable sanctions lists, including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List.
